Does the package include hardware?
RENTALL Payments offers merchants the flexibility to accept payments without the need for additional hardware. However, terminals can also be purchased for use with our system. For the protection of sensitive information, pre-existing terminal hardware cannot be utilized as it may not be compatible with our encryption and security standards.
What are the hidden fees?
Absolutely none. With RENTALL Payments, you won’t encounter any unexpected or hard-to-understand charges on your statement. The only fee you may incur is a $35 chargeback fee if a chargeback were to happen. Our pricing is competitive, and we work with you to find a payment solution that best suits your business.
Where can I access my payment reports?
All transaction reports can be found in the RENTALL Payments system, the same location where you run your other standard reports. The real-time tracking of your deposits and batches in this system allows for faster and more efficient reconciliation.
How can I switch to RENTALL Payments if I am currently under contract with another payment processing provider?
The process and fees for canceling a contract with your current provider will vary depending on your specific agreement. But don’t worry, switching to RENTALL Payments is hassle-free. Our support team will guide you through the process from beginning to end and ensure that your transition is smooth before you start using our service.
What is the typical turnaround time for deposits?
Generally, funds will be transferred to your account within 2 working days after a transaction is completed. However, please keep in mind that various factors may impact this, such as delays caused by banking systems, banking holidays or risk management procedures.
What happens in the event of a chargeback?
A chargeback is an unfortunate event that all retailers must be prepared for. However, our service aims to make the process as smooth as possible for you. In the event of a chargeback, we will charge a one-time fee of $35 and work hard to dispute the claim on your behalf. We will provide full support throughout the process and keep you informed of the progress of the dispute.
